Happy Thanksgiving – A Message of THANKS For You!

While we practice gratitude on a daily basis, today we want to let you know just how much we appreciate each and every one of you.

Throughout our journey over the past few years, you have shared your love for us and what we do, followed our journey, supported us during tough times, given us positive and constructive feedback, sent us words of encouragement when taking risks and making big and scary life changes, sent us messages of gratitude for how our content has inspired or helped you, understood when life got in the way and we went quiet for a while, offered help when we broke down, shared your own tips and suggestions, showered us with good wishes for success in our new business, believed in us, been patient when we fell behind on blog posts and videos, shared your own experiences, appreciated our commitment to work-life balance, shared our posts with others, kept us inspired to keep on creating, and above all, you have been such a fun and awesome part of our amazing RVLove community.

We are thankful for so many things in our life, especially all of the wonderful people that we get to meet – whether in person in campgrounds and RV events, or online here at our website, YouTube and social media – you fill our lives with so much joy and fun.

Thanksgiving is more than the festivities, it gives us time to ponder upon the lessons we learned, how we grew, and how we can spread happiness around, to look back at all the great memories and good people like you who have been a part of our lives. We appreciate you so much Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving.

With gratitude,

Your friends, Marc and Julie xoxoxo

  1. New to your site. We became full timers in August for at least 2 years to do our “bucket list” Western US trip of a lifetime. Aged 76 and 68, we thought we’d just get out there and explore while we were healthy enough. Life is short. Gotta go for it

    • Love hearing that – thanks for sharing! So happy to hear you are out there doing it! Life IS short and we never know how long we have – we have met many full-timers in their 70s, 80s and even their 90s living and loving the lifestyle. Enjoy your bucket ist life – the western USA is beautiful!

  2. Hi Julie and Marc, I have been following your site for a few years and I have learned so much. I purchased the RV Success School when it first came out and have been working my way through it We were recreational RVers with a 32″ used Bounder. We were toying with the idea of full timing but weren’t really committed. Then, at age 67, my husband was involuntarily retired! Well, since August, we have put our house up for sale, bought a very gently used Monaco Camelot 42PDQ, traded our larger vehicles for a cute red Sonic for easy towing, and, with our 2 dachshunds, went full time on 11/15/17! We appreciate all the information you have shared and it made it possible to convert to full timers in 4 short months. We have purchased a TT basic zone membership with Encore Resorts and may consider upgrading after a few months. Sometimes we just need the right signs to make decisions and the universe has shown us many signs that we are doing the right thing. Wish us safe travels and we wish you and Marc Merry Christmas!

    • Oh, Jean, that’s such a great story, thanks for sharing! We love serendipity and it definitely looks like it was meant to be for you. So glad everything worked out so well AND that you managed to pull it all off in 4 months, that is an epic achievement! We know that coach and floorplan… very nice! Happy holidays and safe travels to you both… hope to see you down the road sometime and meet you in person to clink a glass. Good for you following the signs… I think you may have started the ball rolling when you bought RV Success School, you were sending a sign to the Universe and it answered! Enjoy every moment and every mile!

    • Hi Darlene, thank you! Yes just like life, RVing has it’s ups and downs, but we still wouldn’t trade it for anything. Congrats on launching, and know you are definitely not alone, you have a lot of RVing friends out there… including those you haven’t met yet 🙂 Happy Thanksgiving!
